What's on the dashboard

• At risk — actions overdue or due soon without progress.
• Blocked — grouped by reason.
• Capacity — estimated minutes assigned per person versus configured capacity.
• Throughput — actions completed by week, team and job.
• Upcoming — rolling 14-day look-ahead.

Filter and slice

Filter by client, job, assignee, priority, status or date window. Save your favourite slice as a dashboard preference so it loads by default.

Export and share

• Export CSV — download the underlying rows.
• Email weekly digest — send to selected managers on a schedule.

Who can see what

Dashboards respect job visibility — you only see actions on jobs you have access to.
