Before you start
- You need to be a Platform Admin to enable or disable AI features for your organization.
Understand the AI features
AtomicSam offers several AI features. Each is designed for a specific purpose and can be managed independently.
| Feature | What it does | Plan required | How to enable |

💡 Tip: Roll AI features out one at a time. Start with Ask Sam. It is low-risk, immediately useful, and helps get your team comfortable with using AI.
Best practices for rolling out AI
A thoughtful rollout helps your team adopt new tools successfully. We recommend following these steps.
- Announce the change. Let your team know before you enable a new feature. Explain what it does and why you are turning it on.
- Treat AI output as a first draft. Encourage your team to review and edit any AI-generated content. The goal is to speed up work, not replace critical thinking.
- Use the audit log for review. If you have questions about something the AI generated, a Platform Admin can trace it back to see the original context.
Good to know
- Your data is private. Our AI models are isolated and only have access to your organization's data. We never share it with other organizations.
- You are always in control. AI features suggest content or actions. You must confirm them before anything is saved or sent to a client.
- All AI activity is logged. Platform Admins can review what was generated and when in the audit log.
- Every AI feature can be disabled. If a feature isn't a good fit for your team, a Platform Admin can turn it off individually.
