You can disconnect any third-party app from your AtomicSam organization in your settings. This revokes access and stops the flow of data between the two services.
Before you start
- You need to be a staff member with Admin permissions to manage integrations.
Disconnect an application
When you disconnect an application, the action is immediate and cannot be undone. Data will no longer sync between AtomicSam and the third-party service.
- Navigate to Settings → Integrations.
- Under the Connected Apps tab, find the application you want to remove.
- Select the Manage button next to the application's name.
- Select the Disconnect button.
- A confirmation window appears. It explains what happens when you disconnect this specific app.
⚠️ Heads up: Disconnecting an application is permanent. While you can reconnect it later, you will have to set up the connection again from the beginning.
Good to know
- Synced data is not deleted. Data that has already synced will remain in both AtomicSam and the third-party application. We never delete data from your other accounts.
- Reconnecting an app. You can reconnect an application at any time by following the initial setup process. AtomicSam will treat it as a new connection.
- Accounting integrations. If you disconnect an accounting app like Xero or QuickBooks, invoices, payments, and clients will no longer sync from AtomicSam.
- Calendar integrations. After disconnecting Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar, time entries from your calendar will no longer be imported.
