Push your existing AtomicSam tasks to ClickUp or pull ClickUp tasks into your job records.

✅ Did you know: You can navigate directly to a job's specific Google Drive folder from the Files tab within the AtomicSam job record. No more searching through a messy Drive root folder.

Slack: Notifications That Drive Action

⚠️ Heads up: Because the Xero Payroll feature is in Beta, we recommend doing a manual spot-check of the first few timesheet exports to ensure pay items are mapped correctly to your employees.

Pro Tips & Common Gotchas

Avoid "Webhook Loops": If you have other automations (like Zapier) running on your ClickUp tasks, be careful not to create a loop where ClickUp updates AtomicSam, which triggers Zapier to update ClickUp again.
Templatize Your Folders: Create a "Master Template" folder in Drive. Use the Google Drive integration settings to point to this folder so every new job inherits a professional, organized structure from day one.
Slack Noise Control: Don't send every notification to a general channel. Map "Invoice Approvals" to a private finance channel and "Job Status Updates" to a delivery channel to keep the signal-to-noise ratio high.
