Start your AtomicSam free trial

This guide explains how to start your free 14-day trial of AtomicSam. A trial lets you explore all our platform's features so you can decide if it's the right fit for your business.

Before you start

• You need a valid work email address that you can access.
• You do not need a credit card to start your free trial.

Sign up for your trial

1. Navigate to the AtomicSam website homepage.
2. Select the Start Free Trial button, usually found at the top right of the page.
3. On the sign-up page, enter your full name and work email address.
4. Create a secure password for your account.
5. Review and accept the Terms of Service.
6. Select Create Account. We will send a verification email to the address you provided.
7. Open the email and click the verification link. This confirms your email address and activates your trial account.

Set up your organization

1. After verifying your email, you are guided through setting up your organization.
2. Enter your Organization Name. This is typically your business name.
3. Choose your industry from the dropdown list. This helps us suggest relevant settings.
4. Select your team size.
5. Click Finish Setup. You will be taken to your new AtomicSam dashboard.

ℹ️ Good to know: Your 14-day trial includes access to all features available on our Ultra plan. This ensures you can test the full capabilities of AtomicSam without any restrictions.

Good to know

• Your free trial lasts for 14 calendar days, starting the moment you create your account.
• You can see how many days are left in your trial in the banner at the top of your screen.
• When your trial ends, you are prompted to choose a paid plan (Core, Pro, or Ultra) to continue using AtomicSam.
• All the data you enter during your trial, such as clients, jobs, and time entries, is saved. It will be available when you subscribe.
• If you choose not to subscribe after your trial, your organization and its data will be kept for 90 days before being permanently deleted.
• To subscribe at any time during your trial, navigate to Settings → Billing and choose a plan.
