    Overview

Job templates let you create standardised setups for common job types. Instead of configuring tasks and costs from scratch each time, apply a template and get a running start.

    Creating a Template

    1. Go to Settings โ†’ Job Templates.
    2. Click New Template.
    3. Give it a name and description (e.g., "Annual Audit" or "Brand Identity Project").
    4. Add task items with default hours and assignments.
    5. Add cost items with default quantities and pricing.
    6. Save the template.

    Applying a Template

    1. When creating a new job, look for the Template dropdown.
    2. Select a template โ€” tasks and costs pre-populate instantly.
    3. Adjust quantities, rates, or assignments as needed for this specific job.
๐Ÿ’ก Tip: Templates are a starting point. Changes you make on a specific job don't affect the template โ€” and template changes don't retroactively change existing jobs.
