Overview
Job templates let you create standardised setups for common job types. Instead of configuring tasks and costs from scratch each time, apply a template and get a running start.
Creating a Template
- Go to Settings โ Job Templates.
- Click New Template.
- Give it a name and description (e.g., "Annual Audit" or "Brand Identity Project").
- Add task items with default hours and assignments.
- Add cost items with default quantities and pricing.
- Save the template.

Applying a Template
- When creating a new job, look for the Template dropdown.
- Select a template โ tasks and costs pre-populate instantly.
- Adjust quantities, rates, or assignments as needed for this specific job.
๐ก Tip: Templates are a starting point. Changes you make on a specific job don't affect the template โ and template changes don't retroactively change existing jobs.
