    Before you start

    • You must have Owner or Admin permissions for your organization to access billing settings.

    Update your payment method

You can change the credit or debit card used for your AtomicSam subscription at any time. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

    1. Navigate to Settings → Billing.
    2. In the Payment Method section, find your current card details.
    3. Select the Update Payment Method button.
    4. Enter your new credit card number, expiry date, and CVC in the fields provided.
    5. Confirm the cardholder's name and billing ZIP or postal code.
    6. Select Save Card to confirm the change.
⚠️ Heads up: When you save a new card, your previous payment method is removed immediately. Your new card will be charged on your next scheduled billing date.

    Change your billing information

Your billing information includes the contact details and address that appear on your invoices. We also send renewal reminders and payment notifications to the billing email address on file.

    1. Navigate to Settings → Billing.
    2. Find the Billing Information section.
    3. Select the Edit link.
    4. Update the contact name, email address, physical address, and any other company details.
    5. Select Save Changes.

    Good to know

    • All past invoices for your organization are available to download from the Invoice History section on the Billing page.
    • If a payment fails, we notify the billing contact by email. We then automatically retry the payment method several times over the following days before your subscription is at risk of suspension.
    • You can only have one active payment method on file at a time for your subscription.
